With a background in the elevator industry, Freddy and Linda recognized a gap in the market for high-quality fasteners and decided to start their own business from scratch. Over the years, Conroe Bolt has grown from a single warehouse into a trusted name in the fastener industry, serving a diverse range of customers from the construction, medical, and machine shop industries to individual DIY enthusiasts. In 2004, Doug joined the team, bringing with him extensive experience from the machine shop industry. Shortly thereafter, Rhonda also joined, and together they have continued to uphold the small-town values and exceptional customer service that Conroe Bolt is known for. In 2018, Doug and Rhonda took over the business, ensuring that it remained committed to its founding principles.
