Went in to buy two screws, washers and bolts to replace on my bicycle seat as they had fallen out over time. Not only did they find what I needed perfectly, they GAVE them to me!! That’s right- FREE OF CHARGE!! Granted, I know two bolts, two washers and two nuts aren’t going to equate to more than about 3 dollars but I still was astounded by their customer service. I work at Lowe’s but I will be coming back here anytime I need anything they sell.
